Prohibited activity
- —Unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity of any kind, anywhere.
- —Distributing malware, phishing content, or stolen data.
- —Unauthorised scanning, penetration testing or attacks against any system, including ours.
- —Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that sexualises minors.
- —Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or misrepresenting your identity in outreach.
- —Using privacy or encryption features to evade lawful obligations, sanctions, or to conceal criminal activity.
- —Circumventing plan limits, sharing a single-user subscription across an organisation, or reselling without a partner agreement.
Local law compliance
Some jurisdictions restrict encryption, VPNs, secure messaging or hardened devices. You are responsible for confirming that your use of Dico.tel products is lawful where you are, and for any import, licensing or registration requirements that apply to you.
Hosting and care services
- —No cryptomining, torrent trackers, or resource abuse on shared infrastructure.
- —Keep licensing valid for any plugins, themes or media you supply.
- —We may take content offline temporarily if it is actively compromised and endangering visitors.
- —We respond to valid copyright and content takedown notices under applicable law, and to counter-notices.
Enforcement
We investigate reports and act proportionately: a warning, a temporary suspension, or termination for serious or repeated breaches. Serious criminal activity is reported to the relevant authorities. Report abuse to abuse@dico.tel or support@dico.tel.
