What you are buying
Dico.tel subscriptions are recurring digital services — mobile threat defence, managed detection and response, home and business protection, membership services, education, connectivity and hosting or care plans. Prices, billing frequency and inclusions are shown on the relevant division pricing page before you pay, again at checkout, and on your emailed receipt.
All amounts are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes are shown separately where required.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are a consumer buying a Dico.tel subscription for the first time, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that payment. No explanation is required.
- —Applies to the first payment on a new subscription only.
- —Requested within 14 days of the charge appearing on your statement.
- —Refunded to the original payment method — we cannot refund to a different card or account.
Statutory withdrawal and cooling-off rights
Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Because our services start immediately, you expressly request that supply begins during that period and acknowledge that the right to withdraw is lost once the digital service has been fully supplied; where supply has begun but is incomplete, you may still withdraw and pay only a proportionate amount for what was used.
Consumers in other jurisdictions — including Australia, Canada, Brazil, South Africa, India, the UAE and US states with cooling-off or auto-renewal statutes — keep every non-excludable statutory right, including remedies for services that are not of acceptable quality. Where local law is more generous than this policy, local law applies.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We email a receipt for every charge, notify you at least 30 days before a price change, and send a renewal reminder before annual plans renew.
Renewal payments are generally not refundable. If a renewal charge surprises you, contact us within 14 days and we will review it in good faith — including unused service or a missed cancellation.
How to cancel
Cancel at any time from your Dico.tel account billing settings, or by emailing billing@dico.tel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your protection stays active until then and you are not charged again. There are no cancellation fees and cancelling never requires a phone call.
Hardware returns
Dico.tel Phone devices may be returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of delivery, subject to the device terms supplied with your order and to your statutory rights. Faulty hardware is repaired, replaced or refunded in line with the manufacturer warranty and applicable consumer law.
What is not refundable
- —Setup, migration, design or build fees for work already performed and delivered.
- —Third-party charges passed through at cost, such as domain registrations or activated eSIM data bundles.
- —Devices that have been used, damaged or unsealed beyond inspection, except where a statutory remedy applies.
- —Accounts terminated for breach of our terms, fraud, sanctions compliance or abuse of the service.
Service failures and pro-rata credits
If a paid Dico.tel service is materially unavailable due to a fault on our side, contact support and we will issue a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period. Protection services are risk-reduction tools; we refund where we failed to supply the service you paid for, not on the basis that a threat occurred.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued through our payment processor to the original payment method. We approve or decline within 5 business days of your request; funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not deduct administrative fees from a statutory refund.
Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most billing issues are resolved within one business day and a direct refund reaches you faster than a dispute. If you do dispute a charge, we will respond with our records of your order, service usage and this policy, as permitted by card-network rules.
