Consumer policy

Cookie policy

We keep cookies to the minimum needed to run the site, remember your choices and understand what content is useful — and we ask for consent where the law requires it.

Last updated 6 August 2026

Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary — sign-in, session security, checkout and fraud prevention. These cannot be switched off and do not require consent.
  • Preference — remembering your region, language and interface choices.
  • Analytics — aggregated page and journey statistics so we can improve the site.

Consent

Where the EU ePrivacy rules, UK PECR or a comparable law applies, non-essential cookies are set only after you consent, and refusing is as easy as accepting. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, and we re-ask at least every 12 months. In regions with opt-out regimes we honour browser signals such as Global Privacy Control.

What we avoid

We do not run third-party advertising cookies, ad-network pixels or cross-site tracking on Dico.tel marketing pages.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and checkout from working. Analytics and preference cookies typically expire within 12 months.
