We operate internationally, but we do not target, market to, or make our services available in any country where doing so would be unlawful or where we lack the required licences or authorisations. We may restrict or withdraw availability in any jurisdiction at any time.

What protection services can and cannot do
Dico.tel reduces digital risk; no provider can eliminate it. Nothing in our marketing, scores, health checks, training or alerts is a guarantee that a device, identity, network, business or website will not be compromised, nor is it legal, financial, insurance or regulatory-compliance advice.
Cyber Health Checks, Cyber Confidence Scores and Academy content are informational tools. Decisions you take based on them remain yours.
Devices, connectivity and third-party services
- —Dico.tel Phone hardware is sold with separate device, warranty and returns terms supplied with your order, in addition to any non-excludable statutory guarantees.
- —Connectivity, eSIM and data services depend on third-party carriers and are subject to their coverage, fair-use and regulatory conditions in each country. Some features are unavailable or unlawful in certain jurisdictions, including restrictions on encryption or VPN use.
- —Hosting, domains, plugins and payment processing involve third-party providers governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or decisions.
Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our acceptable use policy and with all laws applying to you. We may suspend access immediately where use is unlawful, endangers others, or threatens the integrity of our infrastructure.
Partner network
Participation in the Dico.tel partner network is optional and governed by a separate partner agreement. Compensation derives from genuine sales of products to genuine customers. No income is promised or guaranteed — see our income disclaimer.
Intellectual property
Dico.tel and its licensors own the services, software, content, models and brand. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them while your subscription is active. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us only the rights needed to host, process, secure and back it up.
Warranties and disclaimers
We provide the services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, the services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without further warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Where you deal as a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights — including under EU consumer law, the UK Consumer Rights Act, the Australian Consumer Law and comparable regimes — are not excluded or limited by this section.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, nor for loss caused by a third-party attack that our services could not reasonably have prevented.
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited in your jurisdiction.
Indemnity
If you use the services in breach of these terms or applicable law, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising directly from that breach. This does not apply to consumers to the extent local law prohibits it.
Export controls and sanctions
Security and encryption technology is export-controlled. You confirm that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a person or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions or export restrictions applicable to us, and that you will not re-export or use the services in breach of such controls. We may refuse, suspend or terminate service to comply.
Suspension, termination and force majeure
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment, fraud, sanctions compliance or where required by law — with notice unless immediate action is necessary. On termination, billing stops and data is deleted or returned in line with our privacy policy.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet or carrier failure, hostile network attack, natural disaster, war, or government action.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of the State of Delaware, United States have jurisdiction — except that, if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws that apply there.
Please contact support@dico.tel first: we commit to good-faith resolution within 30 days. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, and consumers elsewhere may use any competent local consumer body or ombudsman.
Changes, assignment and severability
We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email or in-product at least 30 days before they take effect, and you may cancel free of charge before then. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force. We may assign these terms as part of a corporate reorganisation or sale; your rights are unaffected.
